After graduation of Sechenov University Miloserdov I.A. completed residency in kidney and liver transplantation department at National Medical Research Center of Transplantology and Artificial Organs. In 2004, he defended his thesis dedicated different types of induction immunosuppression therapy after kidney transplantation. In 2006, he did his internship at Saint-Luc University Clinic in Brussel. In 2008, he did another internship at University Medical Center Schleswig Holstein in Kiel. In 2016, Miloserdov I. A. was appointed as head of kidney transplantation department Shumakov National Medical Research Center of Transplantology and Artificial Organs. The area of scientific and clinical interests is various aspects of kidney transplantation including pediatric kidney transplantation, simultaneous pancreas and kidney transplantation, different types of surgeries in patients with end stage kidney disease.
