Professional Career
Professor Ian Moysyuk was working in Scientific Research Institution of Transplantology and artificial organs named VI. Shumakov and in 1989 he became a head of department of kidney transplantation at the same clinic.
Professor Ian Moysyuk is thought to be founder of regional program of kidney transplantation in Russian Federation. He took active part in organization of the first kidney transplantation in Khabarovsk, Ulyanovsk, Yakutsk, Irkutsk, Orenburg, Belgorod, Voronezh and many others cities of Russia. In 2002 he was granted title of honored doctor of Republic Sakha (Yakutia).
Educational Activity.
Professor Ian Moysyuk is active honorary lecturer he takes part with his reports in symposiums, conferences and congress in Russia and in abroad.
He is author of more than 250 scientific publications in Russian and International Journals. Anong them there are 9 chapters of manual “Transplantology”(1995, 2006), “Nephrology” (2000), “Liver Transplantology” (2007). He published manuscript “Permanent Vascular Access for hemodialysis” and he was an editor of manual transcription into Russian language “Handbook of kidney transplantation” (2004).
