Professor Neil Boudville is the President of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Nephrology. He is Professor of Renal Medicine and Head of the Division of Internal Medicine at the Medical School of the University of Western Australia. He is also the past Head of Department of the Renal Unit at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and the Medical Director of the WA Home Dialysis Program (WAHDiP). The WAHDiP has over 220 peritoneal dialysis patients and 100 home haemodialysis patients.

Professor Boudville is the Chair of the ANZDATA Peritoneal Dialysis Working Group and the Oceania representative for the International Society of Peritoneal Dialysis Executive committee. He is also a member of the Executive for the Caring for Australasians with Renal Impairment (CARI) Guidelines. He has over 120 peer reviewed publications, 4 current NHMRC Project grants and is the Chair of the Scientific Committee for the Australasian Kidney Trials Network.
